Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  I can see everything on your site, but I can't figure out how to get my order entered.

A. If you are having troubles updating products or editing your cart, feel free to Contact Us for assistance.

To purchase a product:First you must click on the item you want to rent, then when you have selected the right size/items, click on "Add to Cart" to place the item in the cart.
After a product is added to the shopping cart, you can click the "View Cart" links to update quantities or remove products from your cart.
Once you have the products and quantities finalized, you can click the "Continue Shopping" button to add more, or click the "Checkout" link.
Next, either login as a current user with your User Name and Password, or click the Create an Account link or the Checkout without Registration link.
Fill in the required billing and shipping information, then the Order & Payment information
Finally, select the Order Complete option to complete the transaction.
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent and the product(s) shipped to the designated address based on the DATE GEAR NEEDED field you filled out.

 

Q. I don't want my current password. How do I change it?

A. Click on My Account on the top. On the following screen, the first option will let you change your password.

 

Q. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

A. On the login screen, click the Forgot Password? link. On the following screen, enter your user name and email address and click Submit. Your new password will be emailed to you.

 

Q. I want to set up a GROUP account not an Individual person's account.

A. Please Contact Us to get that started.
